Chat Orders
Turns a messy chat thread and a photographed payment slip into a clean, verified order.

What we do
We read the thread for name, address and items, read the slip for amount and reference, and match it against the money that actually arrived.
The problem
The address arrives in one message, the order in another, the payment slip as a photo at eleven at night. Every morning somebody re-types all of it into the shipping sheet and checks the slips one by one. Two slips a month are the same slip sent twice.
The fix
The chat stays exactly as it is and customers change nothing about how they buy. What they already typed and photographed becomes a clean order record, with the payment matched against the money that actually arrived.
How it was built
Read the thread, pull out name, address and items, read the slip for amount, time and reference, then match it to the bank movement. Anything that does not match is held and named. Nothing ships on an unverified slip.
