For commissioned work

First

We discuss who the work is for, what you want it to do, and what matters to you. A deeper consultation can be a complete engagement on its own.

Then

We agree the scope, deliverables, price, and schedule before making begins. You know what is included and how revisions will work.

Then

I develop the work with you, with agreed moments to review it and test it in context. The process fits the piece we are making.

Finally

We review the finished work against what we agreed. Ownership, handover, and any ongoing support are set out for each commission.
