What we do
We run it as a large projection in a circulation space. It reads across a room, works on a crowd, and needs no explaining.
What it is
A row of shadows follows half a second behind you, and when you stand still they come loose and keep dancing you. Every figure is the same buffer read at a different lag, so the shape behind you is not an effect applied to you: it is you, a moment ago, drawn again. Chronophotography with a live plate.
