Photograph a bill the day it arrives, and the month's ledger writes itself.
What we do
We read vendor, tax id, date, amount and VAT, code it the way you coded it last time, and match it to the bank. Your corrections teach the coding.
The problem
Supplier invoices on the desk, fuel receipts in a wallet, delivery slips photographed into a chat group. Once a month somebody keys them all in. Then the accountant sends back questions about a payment made six weeks ago that nobody can now remember.
The fix
Photograph it once, the day it arrives. By the end of the month the ledger is already written, coded and matched to the bank. Only the documents that did not match need a human, and there are far fewer of those than you expect.
How it was built
Read vendor, tax id, date, amount and VAT, code it to the account it went to last time, then match it against the bank movement. Corrections teach the coding, so the pile of exceptions shrinks every month instead of staying the same size.
What it left behind
A coded ledger, month by month, which is the first time the business can say whether a given job actually made money.
