What we do
We survey the team, list what they actually spend the week on, and score each task on four questions that predict whether a machine can take it. You get a ranked list, not a strategy deck.
The problem
A department knows it should be using these tools somewhere and has no way to tell where. So it either does nothing, or it builds the thing somebody senior mentioned in a meeting.
How it was built
Four questions per task: can you describe it as steps, does it happen again and again, could you check the answer, and can only one person do it. The scoring is the deliverable.
