Onboarding Desk
A new hire's first three weeks, answered from your real documents.

What we do
We gather the sources first, refuse anything not found in them, and log every unanswerable question into a ranked list of what was never written down.
The problem
A new hire's first three weeks are the same twenty questions, and the manager is the only one who can answer all of them. The answers do exist, spread across old documents, a chat history and two colleagues' heads. Nothing is wrong with the company except that it is unwritten.
The fix
The new person asks in plain language and gets an answer drawn from the company's real documents, with a link to where it came from. The manager is interrupted only for what genuinely has no written answer anywhere.
How it was built
Gather the real sources first, which is most of the work, and refuse to answer anything not found in them. Every unanswerable question is logged.
What it left behind
After one hire that log is a ranked list of what this company has never written down.
