Income Ledger
What was earned, from which stream, and who has not paid.

What we do
We compute from documents actually issued rather than estimating from project notes, then reconcile it against the bank.
The problem
Income for an independent arrives from several unrelated streams on unrelated schedules, and the honest total is knowable only by reading every document ever issued.
The fix
The billing records are the source. Earnings roll up by stream, outstanding invoices surface by client, and payments reconcile against the bank ledger.
How it was built
Revenue is never estimated from project notes. It is computed from documents that were actually issued, which is the difference between a number and a feeling.
What it left behind
A running view of the tax-registration threshold, which is a date-sensitive question most independents discover late.
