What we do

What it is
The course version of the diagnosis. Module one is the decomposition method; module two is job design, which is the part almost nobody teaches and the part that decides whether any of it holds.
Where it goes
For managers and team leads rather than for builders. It changes how work is specified, not how it is coded.
